Whet — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Whet services provided by Whet Learning LLC ("Whet," "we," "our," or "us").

Apple Standard EULA

The Whet iOS application is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

These Whet Terms of Use are supplemental and cover the Whet service, website content, and app-specific rules that are not inconsistent with Apple's Standard EULA.

Service

Whet provides AI-assisted micro-learning lessons, review tools, progress tracking, and optional paid subscription features through Whet Pro.

Subscriptions

• Whet Pro Monthly: one-month auto-renewing subscription for access to Pro features during each monthly billing period.
• Whet Pro Annual: one-year auto-renewing subscription for access to Pro features during each yearly billing period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Acceptable Use

• Use Whet for personal, lawful, educational purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Do not use Whet to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

AI-Generated Content

Whet uses AI to generate lesson content. AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies, so you should not rely on Whet as the sole source for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Whet if you violate these Terms of Use or misuse the service.
